How do I book a photo session with you?

Can I customize a photography package to fit my specific needs?
Of course! Once you send a booking request, you'll receive a short questionnaire to help me learn more about you and your vision. From there, we’ll chat through location ideas, outfit inspiration, and any special details or personal touches you'd like to include.
I’m all about creating a session that feels authentic, comfortable, and true to you—so let’s make it uniquely yours!
How long does it take to receive the final edited images?
I’ll send you a link with all the images taken from your session one week after our shoot.
From there, you’ll select the photos you’d like fully edited.
Once your selections are made, the final edits typically take about one week to be delivered to you.
How do I prepare for a photo session with you?
I recommend trying on your outfits ahead of time to make sure they fit well and that you feel confident in them. Be sure to remove any tags, and steam or iron them to ensure they look their best. If you’re not used to posing, don’t worry! I’ll guide you every step of the way, and you can review images as we go to make sure you’re comfortable and love the results.

How many looks can be photographed during a session?
When selecting your session, you'll see bullet points indicating how many looks we can fit within the time frame. While we generally stick to this plan, sometimes things move quicker than expected or unforeseen circumstances arise, so we may not get through all the outfits. If that happens, we’ll make sure to focus on the best shots from the looks we do capture!
What happens if I book an outdoor session and there is bad weather?
We always plan with the weather in mind and typically offer multiple location options—one for sunny conditions and a backup plan for inclement weather.
If the locations you've selected aren’t suitable in poor weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule for another date and time that fits your schedule. Your experience and final images matter to us, and we want to ensure the best possible conditions for your session.
What if I need to cancel?
To respect both your time and ours, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session will receive a full deposit refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, as we’ve reserved that time specifically for you.
We understand that life happens—if you need to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you.
What if I'm running late to my session?
We understand that life happens and delays can occur. To ensure the best experience for all clients and maintain a smooth schedule, we kindly ask you to review our late arrival policy:
⏱️ Grace Period
A 10-minute grace period is offered for all sessions. If you arrive within this window, your session will proceed as scheduled but will still end at the originally agreed-upon time.
🕐 Late Arrivals (Beyond 10 Minutes)
Arrivals 10 to 20 minutes late may result in a shortened session, with no discount or additional time granted.
Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be considered a no-show, and the session will be cancelled at the photographer’s discretion. In this case, the session fee is non-refundable.
🔁 Rescheduling Due to Tardiness
If you are running late and wish to reschedule, please notify us before your session start time. A rescheduling fee may apply, based on availability.
💬 Communication is Key
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late. We’ll do our best to accommodate you within reason.
Can I purchase additional retouched images?
Absolutely! Each session includes a set number of professionally edited images. After you view your initial gallery, you’ll have the option to select and purchase additional retouched images for $25 each.
Once you’ve made your selections, I’ll send over a follow-up invoice for the additional images, and get started on the final edits!
